Offline Dating, was initially released online, receiving over 1.5m views and sparking an international debate in the press, and on social media, over the effect technology is having on the way in which we interact with each other, in real life. Offline Dating will have it’s theatrical premiere at the BFI London Film Festival.
Samuel Abrahams is a BAFTA nominated director who has written and directed across drama, documentary and commercial works. Having studied Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art, he is a creative visual storyteller, with an ability to combine truthful performances with beautiful cinematic imagery. His filmically crafted work boasts genuine heart and is executed with a charming lightness of touch that has resonated with audiences around the world. Samuel directs commercials through UK production company of the year, Blink, and is currently developing his first feature.
