A man recalls his teenage years when he worked at a small town coffee shop and found himself intrigued by an old man repeatedly stealing sugar packets.
Brian McAllister is an Emmy-nominated television editor, director and filmmaker. His work has been featured on CBS, A&E, Oprah Winfrey Network, History, National Geographic, Discovery, Biography, Speed, WEtv, & others. His films have screened at over 50 festivals worldwide including Cannes, Outfest presented by HBO, and Mill Valley. In addition to winning several festival awards, Brian’s work has been featured as a Staff Pick and Short of the Week by Vimeo, and has been distributed through Sundance Selects/IFC Films, NBC/Universal, Hulu, DIRECTV, Indieflix, Feel’n, Viki & Pacific Voice in Japan. Brian was featured in the SHOOT New Directors Showcase at the Director’s Guild of America theater in New York City. He is currently based in Los Angeles, CA.
