When long lost brother Michael returns home, he meet Rayanne, his brother’s new wife. But sometimes people are not who they seem to be, and lives are changed forever.
Haroula Rose is a Chicago born, LA-based writer, director, producer and musician of Greek descent (full name: Haroula Rose Spyropoulos). She went to the University of Chicago for her BA and MA, and attended USC’s School of Cinematic Arts for her MFA. Haroula was also a Fulbright Scholar in Madrid, where she was a writer and educator, and has guest lectured at Cal Poly Pomona, Northwestern, University of Chicago, and Sundance’s Film Forward program. She has created original content for Time Warner, was part of Tribeca’s All Access, Warner Brothers Director Workshop and selected to be part of Nantucket Screenwriters Colony. As a filmmaker, Haroula has either written, directed, produced or acted in a variety of short films and documentaries and is currently in pre-production on her first feature film. The award-winning short film Wedding Dress has been compared to a country ballad or Raymond Carver short story and is the second film of Haroula’s True Love Trilogy, a series of films suggesting that no matter how ordinary, life seems to be, extraordinary things happen all the time. As a musician, Haroula has released several critically acclaimed albums since 2009 and her sophomore LP is titled “Here The Blue River” and was released with Thirty Tigers/Little Bliss in 2016.
